Van Ness East Condominium

One of the largest condominium complexes in Washington Metro is Van Ness East. Completed in 1964, this multi-winged structure is located in DC’s Forest Hills neighborhood. With 433 residences, the development was designed in the International style with balconies for each unit. There are a variety of floor plans, from studios measuring around 473 square feet to three-bedroom city homes at around 1521 square feet.
